The Shropshire squash club were delighted to host Defib and CPR training at the club which over 25 members and friends attended on 12 June.
Organised by Debbie Hamil and ran with the very generous support of Phil at Shrewsbury First Responders. The event was free to attend and the cub asked for any donations that goes to fund this great charity.
We are pleased to advise that the event raised £112.50 and the club matched this to a total of £225, for Shrewsbury First Responders.
One attendee said “it’s good to know we have a defib and how to use it in an emergency situation”.
