We recently noted the very sad passing of our much loved and respected fellow club member, Neil Jackson, who left us on Tuesday, March 3rd.
Neils service is to be held at the Holy Trinity in Meole village on Tuesday 24th March at 1pm.
Sadly, due to the current virus outbreak, this will be a family only funeral. There will be a wider celebration of his life later in the year at a date to be confirmed. The family pass their gratitude for your understanding.
Neil was a familiar face at the club for many years and, as well as his abilities as a squash player, was also widely known as a much accomplished musician and guitarist not to mention great friend and warm family man.His absence will be noted by all and he'll be greatly missed.
Neil passed despite the heroic efforts of both the club members present, and the emergency services who were in attendance on the scene within minutes.
